To look after his property & art Keki wrote a will after consulting with his Spiritual Guru (shri Brahmalin Swami, Chandra Kirnaji Tapovan Saraswati , Maharshi Kanvashram, Kanalda, dist. Jalgaon.) and formed a trust of 6 members.

Keki named his trust in the name of his beloved mother as

‘Smt. Piroja Manekji Moos Art Gallery & cultural center trust, Chalisgaon’.

(This trust is popularly known as ‘Kala - Maharshi Keki Moos foundation’.)
