We begin by firstly laying stress upon the phenomenal and synonymous jobs done by our Engineers based mainly upon the B.O.T. (Build Operate Transfer) works . The Maharashtra Sadan and the marzban store have been their most supercilious and well-fed aims that our Engineers have achieved till date .

All of them have kept pegging along together to bring it to finality . The B.O.T. works in all have proved very lucrative to the Maharashtra Govt. and for this we need to appreciate the glaring efforts that our Engineers have put in to consolidate the task .Moreover, if we probe deeply and keenly into the matter , even our public of Maharashtra as well as the Maharashtra Govt. equally deserves a huge round of applause because somewhere it is their affirmative participation to bring the B.O.T. works to the zenith .

This academic brilliance of our Engineers has brought forth several prestigious and coveted awards to them which indeed has added to their allurement. It is very obvious that when the Govt. through its able guidance makes eminent and vastly experience persons accredited and approved Journalists it is their whole and sole responsibility to canalize their job in a square manner, and also to bring into focus the par –excellent works that are being carried out by the Govt. to bring into Maharashtra a glorious leadership outlook .This also helps to curb several wrong misconceptions that are born in the minds of the public about our Govt.

Now we move on to our next very blazing personality Mr.Deepakrao Balkrishna Deshpande (Sec.Maharashtra). It is very picturesque that our Engineers are a great source of motivation, but Mr.D.B.Deshpande is the real source of inspiration . Mr.Deshpande fountainheads the B.O.T. works in full fervor because he aims at protecting the dignity of Maharashtra and its individuals. He can rather be called as the paterfamilias at present because, when the head of the family has a conducive functioning it is clearly visualized that the family follows the same.

Mr.D.B.Deshpande has done a sumptuous job of sowing the seeds of the B.O.T. work mission into each one’s grey matter. This has made Mr.Deshpande prove himself a person of allegiance and in all he remains a luminary personality thus, we sincerely wish that he may carry on to put in continuous and recurring assessments to discover and nurture the latent talents which would add feather to the glorious cap of laurels in Maharashtra .

Recently our very Honorable Chief Minister Mr.Vilasrao Deshmukh was so enthralled at the scintillating construction of the Maharashtra sadan that, in return he personally called Mr.D.B.Deshpande and wished him all success for his positive and constructive co-operation.
